10+2/Intermediate exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, and Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and a minimum of 50% in each subject. Securing 50% marks in English and Maths / Accounts / Book Keeping in Class 12th is Mandatory.

MEDICAL TEST
As per laid down medical standards at the Rally site.
Unfit candidates will be referred to MH/CH/ BH for specialist review. Candidates referred for specialist review should present themselves to the nominated MH/ CH/ BH on the 5th day from the date of generation of Medical Review barring Sundays and Holidays and report back to Respective ARO for the issue of Admit Card for CEE in the case declared FIT.
WRITTEN TEST THROUGH COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (CEE)
Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at the nominated venue, Location, Date, and time of
The written test will be intimated at the rally site and through Admit Cards.
If a candidate has applied for two categories (including 01 x central category) and the CEE is conducted on the same day, the candidate will be allowed to appear in only one of the categories as per his choice. No additional CEE will be conducted for such candidates.
Admit card for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates (Except relaxation candidates) will be issued at Rally Site itself.
Admit card for the CEE for Relaxation candidates (i.e Relationship/ Sports/NCC Candidates) will be issued after verification from issuing authority.
Admit card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialists at MH/ CH/ BH.

COVID 19 Advisory.
- All candidates will produce a COVID-19 free/Asymptomatic Certificate and No Risk Certificate when they report to the rally. The format at as per Appendix ‘A’ and ‘B’. Asymptomatic Certificate should have been issued within 48 hrs prior to the rally reporting day.
- All candidates will be thermally screened at the rally site. Candidates having temperature/ showing symptoms will be directed to report again on a designated day earmarked by Headquarters Recruiting Zone, for all such cases. If the candidate is again having symptoms, he will not be allowed to participate in the rally.
- All candidates will carry proper masks and gloves. No entry into the rally site will be permitted without the same.
- All ground staff will be well equipped/protected.
(e) DO’s and DON’Ts While at the Recruitment Rally.
- Wear a mask all the time and before putting on a mask, the clean hand with soap and water, replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp, and do not re-use the single-use mask.
- Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with soap and water during the verification of documents and prior to appearing for the tests. The same will be available at the site.
- Maintain social distancing as per government orders amongst each other. Don’t touch your body parts on any surface unnecessary.
- Maintain good respiratory hygiene i.e cover your mouth and nose with tissue paper during cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately in the covered dustbin and wash your hand with soap and water.
- Inform and seek immediate medical attention in case of fever, cough and difficulty in breathing.
- Candidates are required to carry the mask and hand sanitizer along with them. Candidates should shave off their beard, if kept, prior to reporting at the rally site.
- Finally, be supportive, be careful, be alert and be safe.
Candidates are required to bring the following documents/certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site:-
- Admit Card. Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
- Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size color photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three-month-old Computer printouts/ photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted. Sikh candidates should bring 20 copies with turban and 20 copies without turban photographs.
(h) Education Certificate:-
- Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric /Intermediate/ Graduation etc from recognized School/College/Board/University.
- Provisional/online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of the concerned Board / University.
- Candidates with a Matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO.
- Domicile Certificate. Domicile certificate with photographs, issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate. Only a computer-generated Nativity Certificate which can be verified from the Govt website will be acceptable.
- Caste Certificate. Caste Certificate affixed with a photograph of the candidate, issued by the Tehsildar / District Magistrate. Only a computer-generated Caste Certificate that can be verified from the Govt website will be acceptable.
- Religion Certificate. Religion certificate issued by the Tehsildar / SDM.(If religion as “SIKH
/ HINDU / MUSLIM / CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
- School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the School/ College Principal/ Headmaster where the candidate last studied/ is presently studying.
- Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months.
- No Claim Certificate. No claim certificate with photograph duly signed by self and father/ mother/ guardian and countersigned by Village Sarpanch/ MC/ District Administration within last six months. (Candidate will be appearing in a rally at own will and risk and no claim for any injury or loss sustained during the rally will be entertained).
- Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 yrs of age with photographs issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months.
- Relationship Certificate. SOS / SOEX/ SOW/ SOWW candidates are required to produce the following documents:-
- Relationship certificate issued from respective Records office only duly signed by Records Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name, and particulars of the records officer issuing the Relation certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed. Format of Relationship Certificate attached as per Appendix C.
- A declaration to the effect as mentioned below in Affidavit on minimum Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper duly signed by 1st class/ Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidates at the rally site. Format of affidavit attached as per Appendix D.
- Original Discharge Book of ESM also to be produced. The name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
- NCC Certificate. NCC A/B/C certificates and Republic Day parade certificate should have photographs of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders. However, the candidate has to produce the original certificate well before CEE to enable verification of the original certificate.
(n) Sports Certificate.
The sports certificate issued by authorized sports federations is valid for three yrs (up to 31 Mar 2022) from the issue date as on the first day of the recruitment rally, for which the candidate is being screened. For a list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible attention is invited to the Official Website.

- Affidavit. Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by the candidate (format as per Appendix ‘E’). The full postal address to include Post Office, Police Station and PIN Code to be mentioned in the affidavit.
- Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & Allowances and other social benefits scheme.

- Samanya Niwas Praman Patra is required as per the Govt of Rajasthan website (E-Mitra).
