Indian Army GD Syllabus 2021 – Exam Pattern, Subjects: The selection process of Indian Army GD including the common entrance examination is conducted under all zones & states scheduled by the Indian army. In this article, we are going to discuss the Indian Army GD syllabus 2021 & its exam pattern, subjects that might help you in the preparation of the Indian Army GD recruitment.
Now, the Indian Army has done changes in the recruitment for the soldier i.e. The Common Entrance Examination (CEE) is going to be conducted before the physical test. Candidates who are ready to serve the Indian Army will have to pass the entrance exam first after that they will be forwarded to the other examinations like physical, medical, & written.

Indian Army GD Syllabus 2021 – Exam Pattern, Subjects
In Indian Army GD, the CEE (Common Entrance Examination) is comprised of 100 marks with including a total of 50 questions from mathematics, General Knowledge, General Science, & Logical Reasoning. In other words, All the questions in the examination are objective type it means multiple-choice questions (MCQ).
There is some percentage of marking according to the subject given under in a table:

Exam Pattern
The question paper of Indian Army GD consists of a total of 50 questions & all the questions carry 2 marks. For qualification, you have to score at least 32 marks out of 100. But, if you have the NCC ‘C’ certificate then as a result do not need to give the entrance exam.

Marking Pattern
There is a marking system for every question you attempt or leave i.e.:
- For every right answer, you will be awarded by 02 marks.
- There is a penalty for every wrong answer you tick of 0.5 marks or 1/2 marks.
- For every question, you left blank there is no penalty on that.

1. General Knowledge (G.K)
This subject holds 30% of the syllabus of the Indian Army GD, In other words, 30% of questions in CEE are from the General Knowledge (G.K), so, prepare accordingly for this subject. We have also given the full table of the G.K syllabus below read the table carefully.

2. General Science (G.S)
This subject holds 40% of the syllabus of the Indian Army GD, In other words, 40% of questions in CEE are from the General Science (G.S), so, prepare accordingly for this subject. We have also given the full table of the G.S syllabus below understand the table carefully.

3. Mathematics
This subject holds 20% of the syllabus of the Indian Army GD, In other words, 20% of questions in CEE are from Mathematics. We have also given the full table of the Mathematics syllabus below so, understand the table carefully.

4. Logical Reasoning
This subject holds 10% of the syllabus of the Indian Army GD, In other words, 10% of the questions in CEE are from this subject. This is a very easy subject to gain more marks in the CEE. The questions will be based on the logical ability of the candidates of the age group ranging between 16 to 20 years.
